Which provinces do you serve?
We serve companies in İzmir, Manisa, Aydın, Denizli, Muğla, Afyonkarahisar, Kütahya and Uşak.
Which languages do you work in?
Turkish, English, German, French and Russian. We write product safety reports in Turkish, English, French or German.
Do I need to come to your office?
No. Most work is done remotely; we visit your company for periodic visits and inspections. You are also welcome to meet us at our office in Torbalı.
Do you run the tests yourselves?
Tests are carried out at contracted accredited laboratories. We prepare the test plan, manage the process and add the results to your file.
How do I get a quote?

Responsible technical person (STE) for cosmetics — Aegean Region, Türkiye
Türkiye's Cosmetic Products Regulation requires every company placing cosmetics on the market to have a responsible technical person (Sorumlu Teknik Eleman, STE). We take on this role for you and regularly check that your products meet the regulation, good manufacturing practice and labelling rules.
What the service includes
- An STE from one of the professions named in the regulation (pharmacist, chemist, chemical engineer, biologist and others)
- Registration of the STE appointment in ÜTS, Türkiye's product tracking system, and updates when things change
- Regular checks of your product information file and labels
- Preparation for official inspections and correspondence with the authorities
- Periodic visits and on-site reviews when needed

Questions about this service
Does the STE have to work at my company full time?
The service runs mostly remotely; we come on site for periodic visits and inspections. We agree the set-up that suits your company at the first meeting.
My company has foreign owners. Can you work with us?
Yes. If your company operates in one of the eight Aegean provinces, we can work in Turkish, English, German, French or Russian.
What happens when I add more products?
The number of products and your production set-up shape the quote. We add new products to your file and update their registrations.
